Purpose of the role-
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our small but busy and dedicated team. The main purpose of the role will be to assist our friendly team with administrative duties which are integral to the success of the company. In this fast-paced role, you will act as a focal point for the team, collating, reviewing and logging site and office records, taking calls and undertaking numerous administrative duties.
Eligibility requirements-
· Capable individuals with attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
· Ability to work with others and under supervision of our office manager.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft office and working to deadlines would be an advantage.
· Previous administration experience is preferable however willingness and ability to learn new skills is valued if experience is lacking.
Duties and responsibilities
· Timesheet- Processing weekly timesheets.
· Dayworks- Ensuring all dayworks are recorded, registered and processed correctly ready to be billed.
· Customer care- Take calls from customers and liaise with contract managers to process work effectively.
· Training courses- Maintaining the training record spreadsheet, identifying requirements and booking courses.
· Registering gas- Registering boilers with governing bodies.
· Company vehicles- Booking services and ensuring all vehicles are taxed and updating logs.
· Answering phones- Taking calls and forwarding to appropriate staff members.
· Reporting- Collating information and providing reports. Ensuring logs are up to date.
· Labour analysis printing- Print and distribute labour analysis from internal systems.
· Journey watch reports- printing vehicle reports, calculating private mileage and inputting data.
· Other general administrative duties.

· Dress code- smart casual.
· Work schedule- Monday to Friday 8am- 5pm.
· Location of work- Dunnington York YO19, 5SE
· Due to location, own transport is preferable, however, we are on the number 10 bus route.
· Holidays- 22 days plus bank holidays.
